Bailey Nelson - ‘Televisioni’
In Tropicool’s continued work with Bailed Nelson, we again teamed up with the premium eyewear brand to launch the new 'Televisioni' range, establishing a wide ranging influencer marketing strategy to ensure the glasses were being seen by a wider audience.
Dropping nationwide, 'Televisioni' is a particularly fashion forward collection; a classic ode to styles of sunglasses first seen in the 1950s. During this era, product design with concave details and bevelled features was prevalent in everything from automotive design to television sets. Colloquially known as ’Televisioni’ the name of this mid-century design theme is a literally translation of the idea.
The 'Televisioni' range comprises of styles Isla, Jessie, Layla, Billy & Kurt, and matches statement design details with iconic re-imaginings of eyewear shapes from this decade.
By using the latest face filter software, Bailey Nelson created a virtual try-on, allowing Instagram users to take the 'Televisioni' range for a spin on the small screen. With subtle nods to a bygone era of brightly lit sound stages, the virtual try-on fuses fashion and innovation, and is designed to make the customer feel like a star; putting them in the next Bailey Nelson campaign.
